What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out using the form below and we will see how we can make it right.

Do you provide mockups?

Yes! Once you place your order, send us an email at doroembroidery@gmail.com right away with your Order Number and let us know you'd like to see a mockup of your design. If you'd like to make changes to the thread color or font, we are happy to accomodate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, processing and manufacturing custom apparel can take about 1-2 weeks. We ship out as soon as your it is ready.

Will you help me design apparel?

While we are primarily in the business of making your ideas come to life, we do have some design background and are happy to help provide suggestions on how to make your idea a reality!

Who is the owner of Doro Embroidery?

Doro Embroidery is owned by a wife-husband duo, Sheena & Devan residing in Washington State. The Company was created out of their love for embroidered apparel.

What is the inspiration behind the name Doro Embroidery?​

The name Doro Embroidery comes from the Gujarati word for thread, doro. Sheena (madien name Patel) is the child of two Gujarati immigrants.
